Elms Cottage is a beautiful newly constructed detached thatched cottage, one of four properties located in a quiet courtyard between Freshwater Village and the Bay. The property has been tastefully finished and furnished to a high standard with wood flooring to the ground floor and provides comfortable accommodation for families.
The property is approached over a shared gravelled driveway and has off road parking for two vehicles.
The Applebarns Properties and Elms Cottage are conveniently situated for local shops and amenities yet are just minutes walk away to the stunning heritage coastline of Tennyson Downs and picturesque Freshwater Bay. From Freshwater Bay is a walker's paradise in both directions and the Needles may be reached on foot along the Tennyson Trail. Freshwater Village is close by offering a good range of food shops and the West Wight Sports Centre, an excellent facility with two lovely pools.
The bustling harbour town of Yarmouth is a short drive away or can be reached by foot or bike along the beautiful River Yar. The rest of the island is easily accessible by car with drives through wonderful scenery.
For larger parties the properties can be hired together, accommodating up to 27 people.
