Bob is the Conservative MP for the Isle of Wight parliamentary constituency, elected on 8th June 2017. He is committed to representing all Islanders, regardless of political affiliation, fighting for the interests of the community as a whole.


Since 2013, Bob has also represented over 3,000 residents in Central Wight (the parishes of Brighstone, Shorwell, Rookley and Chillerton & Gatcombe) on the Isle of Wight Council. He was re-elected in May 2017 with 75% of the vote.


After a 33-day General Election campaign Bob won the Isle of Wight constituency with 38,190 votes, increasing the Conservative vote share by 11% and 9,599 votes, winning 51.3% of the vote.
